Alaska Saltwater Lodge:

Sleeps 1 to 12: Some with kitchens; all have private baths; $89 to $250 per night. The following is a description of the rooms with prices.

• The Standard Bedroom:
  Have a double bed and a single bed and a private bath. The rate is $95/room/night and a continental breakfast is included.
• Three-bedroom suite:
  Each bedroom has a private bath. This suite includes a private kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The booking rate is $275/night and includes a continental breakfast.
• View Suite:
  This suite has a bath and half along with a full kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, microwave and a large living room with a view of the mountains and Resurrection Bay. The early booking rate is $189/night and includes a continental breakfast.
• View Bedroom:
  Each bedroom has a great view of the mountains and Resurrection Bay (These rooms have two double beds, microwave, refrigerator, sofa, writing table, and private bath. The early booking rate is $139/night and includes a continental breakfast.

Victorian Serenity By The Sea:

There are (3) three private cabins available. The cabins are located one block from Resurrection Bay/Beach area and Miller's Landing. Cabin # 1 has a full kitchen. Cabin # 3 has a Jacuzzi tub. All 3 cabins are located next to each other on the same wooded lot.

• Cabin #1 is
  $145 per couple (shared bed): $20 per person for ages 12 and up for each additional guest; $10 per person for ages 0 through 11 for additional guests; Sleeps up to 7 people.
• Cabin #2
  is $135 per couple (shared bed): $20 per person for ages 12 and up for each additional guest; $10 per person for ages 0 through 11 for additional guests. Sleeps up to 5.
• Cabin #3
  is $135 per couple (shared bed): $20 per person for ages 12 and up for each additional guest; $10 per person for ages 0 through 11 for additional guests. Sleeps up to 5 people. Enter into a comfortable cabin, where warm wood floors welcome you into this seaside space. With its nautical theme, you will delight as seagulls, ships, and lighthouses surround you in a sea of blue, green and burgundy.

Dairy Hill Bed and Breakfast:

This is a brand new (built in 2002) Bed and Breakfast. It is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the Seward Harbor and a 15-minute walk from the cruise ship dock, and a 25-minute walk to the Downtown Seward and the Alaska Sea life Center. It is about a 10-minute drive from Miller's Landing (or approximately 4 miles). For your privacy, there is a separate outside entrance to the B&B. All Dairy Hill lodging has 6% city of Seward sales tax and 4% bed tax (total of 10% taxes)

Dairy Hill B&B provides the following room options:

• Standard Bedroom:
  This bedroom has a double bed, table and chairs, cable TV, and large private bathroom with tub and shower. The rate is $95/night plus tax and includes a continental breakfast.
• Large Bedroom:
  This bedroom has two double beds, a sofa bed, microwave, refrigerator, writing table, cable TV, and large bathroom with shower and tub. The rate is $129/night plus tax and includes a continental breakfast.
• Two Bedroom Suite:
  The two-bedroom suite includes the two bedrooms described above. The rate is $224/night plus tax and includes a continental breakfast.

Alaska's Third Avenue Lodging

Alaska's Third Avenue Lodging has 6% city of Seward sales tax and 4% bed tax (total of 10% taxes)

• Alaska's Third Avenue Lodging Efficiency Apartment
  "A Room With A View" $135 double occupancy (shared bed). Add $20 per additional adult or person over age 11 and $10 for each child under age 12. Efficiency apartment has 2 twin beds (which can be combined into a king bed if desired) and a pull out bed (double) as well in the living room/dining room area. It has a full kitchen with pots, pans, etc. and a private bath. It is located within walking distance to the Alaska Sea Life Center, Local Shops and Restaurants, Movie Theater, Museum, Resurrect Art Coffee House, and Resurrection Bay. The cabins and suites are an excellent option for the independent traveler. All suites are full apartments with private entrances. No indoor smoking and no pets.

  "Serenity" $155 double occupancy (shared bed). Ad $20 per additional adult or person over age 11 and $10 for each child under age 12. Marvel at the views from our suite. The lodging is located within walking distance to the Alaska Sea Life Center, Local Shops and Restaurants, Movie Theater, Museum, Resurrect Art Coffee House, and Resurrection Bay. The one bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom with a king bed and twin bed. There is a twin rollaway bed in the closet. It also has a full sized futon in the living room. The kitchen is a full kitchen, complete with pots, pans, dishes etc. There is a full bath. The view is overlooking Resurrection Bay (which is 2 blocks away). All suites are full apartments with private entrances. No indoor smoking and no pets.

Lost Lake Cabin

Sleeps 2 to 4: Mini breakfast bar; $139 night plus $15 for each additional person after 2nd person. Lost Lake Cabin is a private, fully appointed cabin nestled into a wooded hillside approximately 5 miles north of Seward and about a 10 to 15 minute drive to Miller's Landing. The cabin offers a beautiful view of the Chugach Mountains and convenient access to nearby Lost Lake Trail, and is an easy drive to Seward and Miller's Landing. It has a loft, bath, and 2 double beds, breakfast area with coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, and stocked selection of breakfast foods. Take in the views from the deck and grill your catch of the day on the barbeque grill. It is a very short walk to the Lost Lake Trailhead, one of the area's most scenic trails. Humpy Cove Private Cabin

Humpy Cove Remote Wilderness Cabin (on Resurrection Bay): $125 for first 4 people and $10 for each additional day. This cabin is in a beautiful remote setting on the East Side of Resurrection Bay. You will need your own boat to get to it or we can arrange water taxi service there as well. We also have kayaks to rent if you would like to take kayaks out there.

Remote Wilderness Hostel Kayaker's Cove

Kayaker's Cove $20 per night per person; $60 for private Cabin; Wilderness Lodge near Fox Island; Kayaking Resort is a favorite destination point for both campers and kayakers (sleeps up to 3). Owner, Mike O'Connor is your host at the cabin. You provide your own food and beverages. Bring your own sleeping bag, otherwise bedding is available for $5 extra. There is no phone service to the lodge there. Please email us for prices of water taxi, more information, and availability.
