The Alaskan Amateur Radio Adventure hosted by the Wisconsin Chapter 162 QCWA of the International QCWA for the 2005 Convention. The Convention was held on the ms Veendam as a cruise through Alaska's Inside Passage.

This was an amazing opportunity to get to know hams from around the world and also to BE THE DX.

During the cruise, we operated an ICOM 7800 from the Navigation Deck, an ICOM 756 from the Lido Deck, we had presentations and two cocktail parties. We visited the cities of Seward, Sitka, Juneau, Ketchikan and Vancouver.
